Role Overview:
Altitude Trampoline Park at Anaheim is looking for enthusiastic, responsible, and energetic individuals to join our team! As a Cashier, Party Host, Court Monitor, Kitchen staff and Team Member, you play a crucial role(s) in delivering an exceptional guest experience. This position combines guest service, cash-handling, and active floor support. It’s perfect for someone that's super friendly, highly energetic, and comfortable working in a fun and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Cashier Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a positive and energetic attitude
- Process admissions, ticket sales, memberships, and retail purchases
- Handle cash, credit cards, and digital payments accurately and responsibly
- Check waivers and ensure all guests are properly registered before entry
- Upsell party packages, memberships, socks, and promotions
- Provide quick and accurate information on pricing, attractions, and rules
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) system and troubleshoot basic issues
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk/check-in area
- Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of shift
- Assist with guest questions, complaints, or escalations and loop in management when needed
Party Host / Court Monitor / Team Member Responsibilities
- Supervise all jump areas to ensure guest safety and rule compliance
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Enforce park rules while maintaining a positive and upbeat attitude
- Monitor trampoline courts, slides, dodgeball courts, basketball lanes, and other attractions
- Quickly respond to any unsafe behavior or incidents and report to management when necessary
- Assist guests with directions and general questions
- Support overall park cleanliness and organization
- Help set up and facilitate parties, events, and group activities as needed
Kitchen member Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook pizza, fries, nuggets, and other menu items using oven and other high-volume kitchen equipment.
- Assemble food orders according to customer specifications and company standards, ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a sanitized, clean, and organized workspace by washing dishes, cleaning equipment, and following health and safety protocols.
- Work quickly to meet high-volume demands during parties, weekends and general order, rushes.
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish ingredients and kitchen supplies.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old. Work authorization from Schools is mandatory for high schoolers
- At least 1 year experience in retail, sports, childcare, or hospitality is required
- Friendly, outgoing, and energetic personality
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stay alert and attentive for long periods
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, active environment
- Basic cash-handling experience or customer service experience is a plus
