Party Host Team Member

About the Job

Parish Pop & Play is an indoor play café designed especially for toddlers and young children. We’re looking for part-time team members who enjoy working in a fast-paced, family-friendly environment and love helping create a fun experience for kids and parents.

This role is a mix of customer service, play floor supervision, café support, and party hosting. No two shifts look exactly the same.

What You’ll Do

Team members help keep Parish Pop & Play running smoothly by:

• Greeting families and helping them check in
• Supervising the play floor and helping keep children safe
• Hosting and assisting with birthday parties and events
• Cleaning toys, tables, and play areas throughout the day
• Resetting play spaces and helping maintain a welcoming environment
• Answering questions about memberships, parties, and play passes

We work together as a team and jump in wherever needed.

The Environment

Parish Pop & Play is busy, upbeat, and kid-centered. You’ll hear laughter, music, and lots of little voices throughout the day. The job requires being active, attentive, and comfortable interacting with both children and adults.

Important Notes

• Weekend reliability and availability are required
• This is an active job — you’ll be on your feet and moving throughout your shift
• Employees must be comfortable maintaining a clean and organized play environment
• Because our focus is guest experience and safety, employees are not able to bring their own children during shifts
