Party Technician

Do you love working with kids? Do you have passion and desire to help girls celebrate themselves? If you fit this description, Sugar & Spice is casting for the role of party technician/hostess. This is the perfect job for high school and college students. We're looking for individuals who love to work with kids, bring positive energy, and friendly attitude. Your job will be: Performing Mini Spa Service (paint nails, makeup, facial), Host Dance Parties, and make sure our guests will have a wonderful time.

At Sugar & Spice Parties we are responsible for providing a safe, glamorous and fun experience for girls. Additional responsibilities include being knowledgeable about services and responding to inquiries.

We are looking for reliable employees to work. Must be available at least 3 nights a week. Must have reliable transportation.

Desired: Customer Service

• Memorizing information necessary to properly execute each party
• Setting up the space for the party
• Keeping the party schedule
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the party space
• Maintains fun, upbeat, and age appropriate environment
• Delivering party food and drinks
• Facilitating the creation of the party craft
• Cleaning up after each party

Qualifications for each S&S Hostess:

• Must have the ability to talk and entertain guests ages 3-14, and communicate effectively with adults
• Must possess a high level of professionalism
• Must have the ability to work in a team environment
• Must be flexible in scheduling
• Must be able to lift or push up to 30 lbs, bend, stretch, and be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to successfully complete a criminal background check
• Must be 15 years or older
• Must be available on weekends

Experience with child care or an education background preferred but not required. Pay starts at $13 per hour.
