Passenger Service Agent

Duties

• Escort Passengers: Assist passengers by escorting them from the arrival gates to baggage claim or other designated areas upon arrival of both international and domestic flights. Ensure all passengers receive a warm, welcoming, and exceptional service experience.
• Wheelchair Assistance: Provide wheelchair support for passengers departing and arriving at the airport, ensuring safe, comfortable, and efficient transport throughout the airport.
• Counter/ Gate Agent: Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage handling.

Skills

• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situation
• Ability to perform baggage lifting and physical tasks for extended periods of time

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.50 - $11.50 per hour
