PART-TIME AIRPORT CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT (Passenger Agent)

Location: Nashville International Airport (BNA)

Schedule: 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday

Requirements / Minimum Qualifications

  • 18+ years.
  • United States citizen, legal right to work.
  • Valid state-issued DRIVER LICENSE.
  • Successfully complete a ten (10) year background investigation including criminal history records check.
  • Negative drug/alcohol screening.
  • Able to read, write and speak fluent English.
  • Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
  • Able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Working knowledge of computers.
  • Friendly, compassionate attitude.
  • Compassionate problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Great with teamwork and/or working independently.
  • Capable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
