Huntleigh USA is seeking dependable Passenger Services Agents to assist airline passengers at Huntsville International Airport (HSV). This role provides support for passengers requiring wheelchairs and general passenger services.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely assist passengers needing wheelchair or mobility support
• Provide directions, information, and customer service to passengers
• Coordinate with dispatchers and gate agents
• Complete incident reports and logs as required
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must pass drug and alcohol testing
• Ability to lift, carry, or hold up to 75 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and phone
• Completion of Huntleigh and airline-specific training

Physical / Work Conditions

• Standing, bending, squatting, and lifting throughout the shift
• Fast-paced indoor airport environment
• Flight schedules may vary; some schedule flexibility required
