Passenger Transportation Driver (Non-Emergency)

Job Overview
We are seeking professional, courteous, and dependable full-time drivers to transport clients to and from medical appointments. Duties

• Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport passengers to designated locations
• Assist passengers with boarding and exiting vehicles, providing courteous and respectful customer service
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and compliance with transportation regulations
• Communicate effectively with passengers, dispatchers, and team members to coordinate schedules and address any concerns
• Load and unload passengers requiring heavy lifting assistance or mobility aids such as wheelchairs or walkers
• Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies during every trip
• Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage records, and incident reports as required

Skills

• Proven experience in shuttle driving, delivery driving, bus driving, or limousine service
• Strong knowledge of driving regulations for commercial vehicles and paratransit services
• Excellent communication skills to interact positively with diverse passenger groups
• Ability to perform light maintenance tasks and identify vehicle issues promptly
• Physical capability for lifting and assisting passengers with mobility challenges
• Exceptional customer service skills to ensure a welcoming and professional environment
• Experience with school bus driving or other specialized transportation roles is a plus
