<Responsibilities>

• Design and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards across subjects such as literacy, math, physical education, and social-emotional development.
• Foster a supportive classroom atmosphere that promotes positive behavior management and respectful interactions among students.
• Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain discipline and ensure a safe learning environment for children of various ages, including toddlers, preschoolers, and early learners.
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for children with special needs or early intervention requirements, ensuring tailored support for each student’s growth.
• Incorporate diverse teaching strategies such as Montessori methods or other child-centered approaches to enhance learning experiences.
• Conduct assessments using standardized testing tools and provide regular progress reports to parents and caregivers.
• Collaborate with colleagues, specialists, and families to support children's overall development in areas like childhood development, childcare, and child welfare.

• Strong experience in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques.
• Proven ability to work effectively with children of different ages, including toddlers and preschoolers.
• Knowledge of special education practices and early intervention strategies to support diverse learning needs.
• Expertise in literacy education, math instruction, physical education, and Montessori methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with students, parents, colleagues, and community partners.
• Experience with standardized testing procedures and tutoring methods to assess student progress accurately.
• Familiarity with childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and child welfare practices.
