Job description:

- preparation of pasta according to the set menu and standards

- quality assurance of prepared dishes

- compliance with hygiene standards and cleanliness at the workplace

- responsibility for the stock of basic raw materials

- general overview of recipes and current trends in gastronomy

Requirements:

- experience as a pasta chef for 2 years

- English language at an intermediate level (B2)

- general overview of recipes and current trends in gastronomy

- experience with preparing of modern international and Mediterranean cuisine
