JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Assist in the preparation of pastries, desserts, and other baked goods.
• Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes.
• Prepare doughs for croissant
• Decorate and finish pastries and desserts.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Ensure all equipment and tools are properly sanitized and stored.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with pastry chefs and other kitchen staff.
• Monitor baking times and temperatures.
• Assist in plating and presentation of desserts.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of pastry stations.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Assist in the maintenance and cleaning of kitchen equipment.
• Help manage waste and recycling in the kitchen.
• Support other kitchen staff as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,800.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
