With ample room for professional growth, our pastry program is deeply rooted in a commitment to quality, sourcing the finest local ingredients and working directly with Texas farmers to highlight seasonal fruits through innovative techniques that celebrate and preserve their natural beauty.

As a Pastry assistant, you ll gain hands-on experience in croissant production, bread baking, plated desserts, savory pastries, and more.
