- Operations & Safety: Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with health regulations.
- Leadership: Training and supervising assistant pastry chefs and kitchen helpers.

- Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of baking techniques, pastry decoration, chocolate tempering, and sugar work.

- Soft Skills: Creativity, attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
