PASTRY CHEF

  • Menu Development: Creating and testing new recipes, including plated desserts, cakes, and pastries.
  • Production: Preparing a variety of baked goods while ensuring quality, consistency, and artistic presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Monitoring, ordering, and maintaining stock of ingredients and equipment.
  • Operations & Safety: Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with health regulations.
  • Leadership: Training and supervising assistant pastry chefs and kitchen helpers.
  • Client Service: Meeting with clients to discuss custom orders for special
  • Experience: 2–4+ years of experience in a professional kitchen or bakery setting.
  • Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of baking techniques, pastry decoration, chocolate tempering, and sugar work.
  • Physical Ability: Ability to stand for long hours and lift heavy, in some cases up to 55 pounds.
  • Soft Skills: Creativity, attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
