Pastry Chef

  • Design, develop, and execute dessert menus, pastries, breads, and specialty items
  • Lead, train, and supervise the pastry team, fostering skill development and teamwork
  • Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and flavor across all pastry items
  • Manage daily pastry production schedules and workflow
  • Oversee ordering, inventory control, and cost management for pastry ingredients
  • Maintain strict food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and culinary leadership on menu planning and events
  • Monitor trends and introduce innovative techniques and seasonal offerings
  • Control food costs, minimize waste, and meet budget targets
  • Ensure equipment maintenance and proper kitchen organization
