The Pastry Chef role at Teyseer Services Company mainly involves:

Preparing pastries, cakes, breads, desserts, and baked products

Designing seasonal dessert menus

Decorating pastries using icing, glazing, piping, and chocolate techniques

Managing pastry kitchen inventory and supplies

Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP)

Supervising junior pastry staff

Controlling food costs and reducing waste

Working with catering teams for events and large-scale food service operations

Requirements usually include:

5-10 years experience as Pastry Chef/Baker

Diploma or culinary certification preferred

Experience in hotels, catering, or large kitchens

Creativity and ability to work under pressure
