WE ARE HIRING – PASTRY CHEF / HEAD CHEF

Abdul Hakeem Alshemmeri Holding Group W.L.L is looking for an experienced and creative Pastry Chef / Head Chef to join our growing team.

Position: Pastry Chef / Head Chef
Salary: BD 600 – BD 800
Joining: Immediate

Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the related field
• Strong expertise in all pastry section items including:
• Pastries
• Cakes
• Chocolates
• Mini sweets
• Desserts
• Cookies
• Croissants
• Danish
• Breads
• Other sweet items
• Good knowledge of fillings, ingredients, and recipe preparation
• Ability to manage and supervise the pastry section efficiently
• Capable of training staff on recipes and production standards
• Good knowledge of pastry and bakery machinery/equipment
• Ability to create new recipes and introduce trendy products to the market
• Strong leadership, creativity, and quality control skills
