Requirements

• Proven pastry experience with a strong portfolio of baked goods and desserts.
• Skilled in cake decorating, food presentation, and creative pastry design.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
• Experience with packaging baked goods for retail or catering purposes.
• Excellent knife skills, baking techniques, and familiarity with culinary tools.
• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience within the food industry is highly preferred.
