PASTRY & CHOCOLATE CHEF

We are seeking a talented and experienced Pastry Chef to lead our pastry and baking operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods while ensuring consistency, taste, and presentation. The Pastry Chef will oversee kitchen operations related to baking, maintain inventory, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Master of Chocolates (designs and preparation)
  • Pastry Creation: Prepare a wide variety of high-quality pastries, cakes, desserts, and other baked goods following established recipes and creativity.
  • Menu Development: Innovate and design new pastry and dessert recipes, ensuring seasonal and customer preferences are met.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all products meet quality, taste, and presentation standards.
  • Kitchen Management: Oversee daily pastry kitchen operations, including ingredient preparation, portion control, and baking schedules.
  • Team Leadership: Train, supervise, and mentor pastry kitchen staff, ensuring efficiency and consistency in production.
  • Inventory & Cost Control: Manage inventory, monitor ingredient stock levels, and reduce waste while maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Hygiene & Safety Compliance: Ensure the pastry kitchen follows all food safety and hygiene regulations, including proper storage and cleanliness.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the executive chef, kitchen staff, and service team to align pastry offerings with the overall menu.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Accommodate special dietary requests and ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality offerings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
