Pastry (Commi III)

Assist the pastry team in preparing desserts, pastries, cakes, and baked items according to standard recipes and quality standards. Support daily mise en place, ingredient preparation, baking, plating, and station cleanliness while following food safety and hygiene procedures. Maintain proper storage of ingredients, assist in stock rotation (FIFO), and work closely with senior chefs to ensure smooth pastry kitchen operations.
