We are looking for a pastry commis to join our team at Joy Patisserie and take a position in the pastry shop under the supervision of the chef.

If you want to learn about high level techniques and precision, you will find great opportunities with our chef who worked in high prestigious kitchens in Paris.

You will be directly relied to the chef to :

- Ensure the preparation of pastry products, all our preparation are homemade so you will learn how to make it from A to Z

- Finition of the sweets

- Monitor the ingredients stock

- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, ustensils, and equipment

Skills

For this job you need to have :

- A good level of conversational English

- Experience and competence in pastry

- Good organizational skills

- To be motivated to work in high standard pastry shop

- To be rigorous, adaptive and flexible

Job location : Hamala Hills Mall

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: BD220.000 - BD250.000 per month
