About the Role

Trade Innovation Services Private Limited is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Patent Agent to join our growing intellectual property team in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The position is open to freshers as well as professionals with a minimum of 1 year of prior relevant experience. We also encourage women professionals looking to restart their careers.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting and prosecution of patent applications (Indian and international)
• Conducting prior art searches and patentability analysis
• Preparing responses to examination reports and office actions
• Assisting in IP portfolio management and client communication
• Supporting senior patent professionals in complex matters
• Staying updated with patent laws and IP regulations

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: B.Tech / M.Sc. (Science or Technology background)
• Experience:
• Freshers can apply. Selected candidates will undergo a six-month training period.
• Minimum 1 year of prior relevant experience preferred for experienced candidates
• Strong analytical and technical writing skills
• Basic understanding of patent laws and procedures
