Patent Analyst / Specialist

We are looking for an Patent Analyst /Specialist to join our R&D Center located in Esenyurt .

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master degree in Science/ Pharmacy/Biotechnology from reputed University
• Experience of around 1 to 3 years in IP department of reputed pharmaceutical company/ organization, (Minimum 2 years of experience is required for the specialist role)
• Good academic record and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills (good written and spoken English communication)
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.

Job Description

• Good experience in Patent Searching, Analytics, Landscaping, Freedom to Operate & Infringement analysis.
• Appreciable knowledge of IP laws of various regulated countries like US, EU, CA, AU, etc. apart from TR.
• Independently capable to do the patent search for in-house projects as well CRO projects.
• Sound knowledge of Patent/Prior Art Searching Databases like Sci-Finder, STN, Derwent, Newport, etc.
• Good skills of drafting, Filing & Prosecution of Patent Applications.
• Support to New Product Selection activity through generating Preliminary patent report.
