Patent Attorney

Position: Intellectual Property (Patent) Associate

Duration: FTE - (Direct-hire)

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Required undergrad: BS in Chemistry, Engineering, or Physics.

Position Overview

This is a full-time, partnership-track position that is eligible to participate in the firm’s benefit plans, including our 401K Profit Sharing and Savings Plan with discretionary employer contribution, and is eligible for consideration for annual discretionary bonuses.

Seeking a full-time patent associate with two to five years of experience.

The successful candidate will have:

• Patent drafting experience with microelectronics and/or semiconductors
• Educational background in engineering (chemical, electrical, or mechanical), chemistry, or physics
• State Bar membership in the jurisdiction in which the attorney will be practicing
• Admission to practice law before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $216,000.00 - $255,000.00 per year
