Responsibilities:

• Draft and prosecute patent applications before the USPTO.
• Collaborate with inventors, clients, and colleagues to develop claim strategies.
• Manage a docket of cases across a range of clients from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.
• Prepare noninfringement and invalidity opinions, conduct due diligence, and perform freedom-to-operate and landscape analyses.
• Support post-grant proceedings, including Inter Partes Reviews.

Qualifications:

• Technical background in electrical, computer/software, mechanical, chemistry/biochemistry, biology, or physics disciplines.
• 2–5 years of patent prosecution experience.
• Excellent communication, organization, and client-service skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $165,000.00 - $205,000.00 per year
