Patent Drafting & Prosecution- Chemistry

Education: B.Sc. / M.Sc. / Graduation / Post Graduation (Organic Chemistry)

Job Responsibilities:

• Drafting of chemistry & other domain Patents
• Preparing reply to Examination Report (IN and US)
• Drafting patent specifications (IN and US)
• Attending Hearings before Indian Patent Office
• Technical Analysis of identified documents for preparing Opinions relating to Opposition
• Assisting with client queries relating to Patent process in IN and US
• US/EP Patent Prosecution experience is desirable
• Good to be a Patent Agent (Not mandatory)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
