Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Patent Trainee/ Associate with a technical background to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patent searches and prior art analysis
• Preparing Reply to FER And Written Submission of the Hearing.
• Drafting patent specifications and claims.
• Support clients in IP strategy and advisory
• Stay updated on developments in patent laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., B.Sc, B.Tech, M.Sc, M.Tech) – preferably in engineering, biotechnology, chemistry, electronics, or similar domains
• Excellent written communication skills
• Strong analytical and research abilities
• A keen interest in Intellectual Property Rights and patent law
• Prior experience in patents (preferred but not mandatory; freshers with a strong technical background are welcome to apply)
