What You’ll Do:

• Prepare, review, and submit insurance claims (CMS-1500, UB-04) with accuracy and efficiency

• Post insurance payments, manage accounts receivable, and follow up on underpaid or denied claims

• Communicate with patients about their balances and help create payment solutions with empathy and professionalism

• Collaborate with clinical staff, schedulers, and leadership to resolve billing issues quickly

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all relevant regulations while keeping accurate records
