Patient Advocate

Our clinic is looking for a compassionate and organized Patient Advocate to be the bridge between our patients and providers. This is a hands-on, relationship-focused role ideal for someone who is passionate about natural healing and loves helping people feel seen, heard, and supported.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with each patient and understand their health history and goals
• Perform basic neurological and biomechanics tests
• Summarize key information for the physician prior to the appointment
• Clearly explain exam findings and treatment recommendations to patients
• Discuss financial options, insurance, and care plans in a supportive, transparent way
• Educate patients on holistic health concepts and their specific conditions
• Manage scheduling, referrals, and walk patients through each step of their care journey
• Serve as a steady, encouraging point of contact throughout the patient’s time in the clinic

• Passionate about holistic/functional medicine and patient education
• Organized and detail-oriented with a heart for service
• Quick learner who can explain complex information simply and kindly
