The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not limited to:

• Receive patient at the clinic's main entrance and escort them to the treatment area
• Show a welcoming attitude to the patient and the patient's family
• Respectfully prevent family members from going into the treatment area
• Assist with patient needs and distribution of meals as per the schedule
• Assist patient's medication delivery as well as documentation requirements
• Keep clinic equipment/assets (e.g. wheelchair) in good shape
• Help with daily delivery of consumables from warehouse to the treatment area
