Patient Care Advisor (Inside Sales) – New Patient Consults & Sales Growth

AgeRejuvenation is looking for a Patient Care Advisor (Inside Sales) to join our growing call center team!

This is a high-impact, sales-focused role where you’ll connect with new patients, guide them through their initial consultation, and help them commit to life-changing treatment plans — all from a non-clinical, call center environment.

What You’ll Do:
Conduct new patient phone consultations and handle live call transfers from the call center team.

Build rapport quickly and confidently guide patients toward starting treatment.

Educate patients on services including HRT, medical weight loss, and wellness programs.

Use a sales-driven approach to convert leads into active patients.

Accurately document interactions and follow up to maximize conversion and patient experience.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in inside sales, call center, or high-volume phone-based roles.

Strong ability to close sales and overcome objections.

Excellent communication skills with a confident and professional phone presence.

Goal-oriented, competitive, and motivated by performance.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Experience in healthcare, wellness, or medical sales is a plus.
