Patient Care Assistant

• Supervise and coordinate daily nursing operations.
• Lead, guide, and support nursing staff in patient care activities.
• Conduct rounds, assess patient conditions, and ensure quality care delivery.
• Allocate duties and prepare shift schedules for nurses/caretakers.
• Monitor documentation, patient reports, and vitals updated by staff.
• Handle escalations, address patient/family concerns, and resolve issues promptly Requirements:
• Registered Nurse (B.Sc Nursing / GNM) with valid TN Nursing Council registration.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital or home healthcare setting.
• Ability to handle team operations, patient escalations, and on-field challenges.
• Willing to travel for home visits when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
