· Co-ordination with all Departments (Internally / Externally)

· Raising an Indent for Branch based on the requirements.

· Ensuring smooth patient flow.

· Minimizing the process & patient waiting time.

· Co-ordination with patients till they walk out.

· Maintaining FFA, Auto Perimeter, B-Scan, Laser & Doctors registers

· Instillation of Eye drops (Dilation & Constriction)

· Explain instructions to the patient (OPD)

· Instillation of Eye drops (Dilation & Constriction)

· Maintaining employee attendance and monitoring staff leave and timings.

Responsibilities can be modified subject to necessity.
