About the Role:
This is a full-time position for a confident, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. You must be very comfortable with sales, especially in educating clients and recommending medical-grade skincare. Previous experience in the aesthetics or wellness space is required.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for someone who:

• Has at least 2 years of experience in a medical spa, clinic, or strong sales background
• Is highly organized, punctual, trustworthy, and professional
• Communicates clearly and warmly—especially over the phone
• Is a true team player who brings positivity and passion to the workday
• Thrives in a collaborative environment and is willing to learn both front and back office admin tasks
• Has experience using CRMs and strong computer literacy

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate and sell medical-grade skincare products
• Create and sell treatment packages
• Greet and assist patients during check-in/check-out
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries with excellent communication skills
• Convert leads into new patient appointments
• Handle scheduling, invoicing, and patient correspondence
• Cross-train in front and back office tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
