PATIENT CARE CONSULTANT & CLINICAL COORDINATOR

We are seeking an energetic, compassionate, and highly organized professional who enjoys working directly with patients while also contributing to the operational success of the practice. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist patients throughout their care journey
• Coordinate appointments, scheduling, and patient communications
• Assist providers with clinical and patient-care activities as permitted by training and licensure
• Educate patients regarding recommended treatment programs and care plans
• Conduct patient follow-up and reactivation efforts
• Help patients understand treatment options, financing, and scheduling
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Support office operations and administrative functions
• Contribute to an exceptional patient experience from the first visit through completion of care

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for helping patients improve their health and quality of life
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Confidence discussing treatment recommendations and helping patients make informed decisions
• Previous experience in healthcare, chiropractic, physical therapy, medical, wellness, aesthetic, or regenerative medicine settings preferred
• Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a team
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Experience with patient consultations, treatment presentations, customer service, or relationship-based sales is a plus
