Men’s Wellness Centers is hiring a full-time Patient Care Consultant for our Virginia Beach location. We specialize in Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT), hormone optimization, medical weight loss, and peptide treatments for men.

Every patient you meet has already:

• Completed labs
• Seen a medical provider
• Received a personalized treatment plan

Your role is to guide them through their options and help them confidently move forward.

Top performers earn $62K–$72K+.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with patients immediately after provider consultations
• Review treatment plans and clearly explain program options
• Discuss pricing, financing, and enrollment structure
• Address objections with professionalism and empathy
• Enroll patients into hormone, weight loss, and peptide programs
• Follow up with undecided patients
• Manage renewals and retention conversations
• Track performance metrics and hit enrollment targets
• Maintain ethical and compliant enrollment practices

Compensation

Schedule

• Full-time, in clinic (not remote)
• Monday–Saturday
• Rotating Saturdays required
