Men's Wellness Centers is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Patient Care Coordinator to guide men through life-changing health programs including Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT), hormone optimization, medical weight loss, and longevity treatments.

This is not a traditional a medical receptionist role.

This is not a call center role.

This is a consultative position where you build relationships, help patients understand their options, and guide them toward solutions that improve their health, confidence, energy, and quality of life.

What You'll DoGuide the Patient Journey

• Meet with patients following provider consultations
• Review treatment recommendations and membership options
• Educate patients on program benefits and expectations
• Discuss pricing, financing, and enrollment options
• Help patients confidently move forward with treatment

Drive Clinic Growth

• Follow up with prospective patients
• Maintain relationships with existing members
• Support retention and renewal conversations
• Generate referrals from current members
• Build relationships with local businesses, fitness facilities, wellness professionals, and community partners

Deliver Exceptional Service

• Own the member experience from first consultation through enrollment
• Coordinate with providers, medical assistants, and front desk staff
• Ensure every patient receives concierge-level service
• Track enrollment activity and performance goals
• Maintain professional and ethical standards
