Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated, heart-centered Patient Care Coordinator to join our busy Chiropractic and Functional Medicine practice. This role is ideal for a positive, energetic self-starter with a servant’s heart who wants to make a lasting impact, grow professionally, and become a valued long-term member of our team.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional front desk and administrative support including patient scheduling, check-in/out, phone calls, data entry, and payment processing
• Assist doctors with therapies such as foot baths and in-office treatments
• Help promote our mission through marketing and community outreach efforts
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized office environment
• Take on special projects and support the team with a positive attitude
• Foster a respectful, inclusive culture with patients and coworkers

Qualifications

• 1+ year of front desk or administrative experience (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent (required); B.S. in Business or related field preferred
• Positive, proactive, and dependable attitude
• Interest or experience in holistic health a plus
