- Handle incoming and outgoing calls to engage potential and existing patients.
- Bridge the communication gap between doctors and patients to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
- Accurately document call details, patient information, and follow-ups in the EHR system.
- Schedule appointments efficiently while reconciling patient needs with provider availability.
- Conduct cold calls using provided leads to generate appointments and convert inquiries into sales.
- Educate patients on services, treatment options, and benefits to drive enrollment.
- Follow up with interested patients to increase conversion and reduce no-show rates.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Maintain high levels of customer service while handling objections professionally.
- Update and maintain accurate patient and lead records in CRM/EHR systems.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities where appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare privacy and data protection standards (HIPAA).
Requirements
- Must be a graduate.
- Should have knowledge in medical terms.
- Should be able to work together in a team.
- International call center/BPO experience preferred.
- Should have experience working in the sales process as an added advantage.
- Experience working in Microsoft Excel and word.
- Flexible working in night shifts.
