What You’ll Be Doing

• Greet patients with professionalism, warmth, and confidence
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
• Verify insurance and explain benefits clearly and compassionately
• Handle phone calls, emails, and patient questions
• Support therapists and assist with daily clinic operations
• Maintain an organized, welcoming front-office environment
