Responsibilities
— Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in procedures to foster a positive first impression.
—Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments using medical office management software, including eClinicalWorks (eCW).
— Collect and verify patient information, insurance details, and medical histories with accuracy.
— Provide clear explanations of treatment procedures, appointment instructions, and billing processes.
— Educate patients on available services and add-ons, converting inquiries into booked appointments with a consultative, sales-minded approach
— Coordinate communication between patients, healthcare providers, and administrative staff to ensure timely follow-up.
— Maintain organized patient records while adhering to confidentiality and privacy regulations.
— Support medical staff with administrative tasks such as preparing documentation and managing correspondence.
— Work across both clinic locations — Memorial and The Woodlands — as needed.
Experience
— Prior experience working in a medical office environment is highly preferred.
— Proficiency with eClinicalWorks (eCW) or similar EHR platforms strongly preferred.
— Strong knowledge of medical terminology to accurately understand and communicate healthcare information.
— Background in sales or patient conversion with demonstrated ability to guide patients through service decisions.
— Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
— Proven ability to provide excellent medical administrative support in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
