TRAVELING POSITION — Serve patients across multiple clinic locations

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Travel between clinic locations as scheduled — mileage reimbursed
• Welcome patients and create a positive first impression at every visit
• Schedule appointments, manage provider calendars
• Verify insurance, collect co-pays with confidence.
• Maintain accurate patient records and keep charts up to date
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
• Serve as the on-site point of contact — phones are handled by our dedicated call center

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1+ year of front desk, reception, or medical office experience (preferred)
• Comfort with traveling between locations — reliable transportation required
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems — we'll train the right person
• Strong communicator — equally comfortable with patients and providers
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to hit the ground running at any site
• Bilingual a plus, but not required
