Patient Care Coordinator

At Women & Children’s Chiropractic, we create a supportive, healing space for families. Our care focuses on women, children, and babies—especially pregnant and postpartum moms. We love being a part of this pivotal time in their lives and helping them navigate it more smoothly. We’re looking for a warm, organized, and upbeat Patient Care Coordinator to be the friendly face and steady support for our patients throughout their care.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet patients with professionalism and warmth (in person, by phone, and text)
• Schedule patient appointments and manage treatment plans efficiently
• Verify insurance benefits and help patients understand their coverage
• Collect payments and log correctly
• Support therapies and patient care (training provided)
• Take vitals and track patient progress
• Keep the office running smoothly, efficiently, and on time

Perks & Schedule:

• Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:30/6:00 PM, Friday 8am-12pm
• No nights or weekends, half day Fridays
• Paid holidays after 90-day probation

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
