This pivotal role is essential for ensuring a seamless and positive experience for patients. The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact, coordinating all aspects of patient care, from scheduling appointments to providing essential information and support. Responsibilities

* Serve as the primary liaison between patients, their families, and the clinical team to ensure clear and consistent communication.
* Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, consultations, and medical procedures with precision.
* Manage and maintain accurate and confidential patient records, ensuring all information is current and compliant with data protection regulations.
* Assist patients with administrative tasks, including the completion of necessary forms and providing guidance on billing and insurance enquiries.
* Effectively communicate care plans and instructions to patients, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their treatment journey.
* Address patient questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism, providing timely resolutions.
* Collaborate closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate integrated patient care.
* Perform various administrative duties to support the efficient operation of the clinic.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in a healthcare administration, patient services, or a similar role is essential.
* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with a talent for building rapport.
* A compassionate and patient-focused approach to all interactions.
* Proficiency in using office software and familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems is highly advantageous.
* The ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to work effectively under pressure.
