Patient Care Coordinator (Bengali Speaker)

We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator who is fluent in formal, standard Bengali (Bangla) to manage incoming and outgoing calls, enter prescriptions into our database, and provide exceptional customer service. This role involves educating patients on compounding medications, verifying prescription details, processing payments, and ensuring patient satisfaction through follow-up calls and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Educate Bengali-speaking patients on the proper use of compounding medications.
• Verify prescription details, collect necessary information, and process payments.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure patient satisfaction and address concerns.
• Provide translation services between Bengali-speaking patients and pharmacists.
• Record and track adverse effects and complaints.

• Excellent verbal communication skills — polite, friendly, helpful and courteous
• Detail oriented, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to follow through to the end.
• Ability to work independently and complete assignments timely and accurately
• Proficient and strong computer skills
• Ability to perform in a fast paced environment.
