We are looking for an energetic, compassionate, and dependable team member to become the heartbeat of our clinic. This role combines front desk coordination, patient education, clinical support, and community outreach.

What You’ll Do

Front Office Responsibilities

* Welcome patients and create an exceptional patient experience

* Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries

* Schedule appointments and manage patient flow

* Conduct financial consultations

* Collect payments, co-pays, and balances

* Complete new patient intake and onboarding

Clinical Support Responsibilities

* Prepare treatment rooms and assist the doctor as directed

* Set up and monitor therapeutic modalities, including e-stim and intersegmental traction

* Educate patients on home exercises and wellness recommendations

* Document patient interactions accurately in the electronic health record

* Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment areas

Administrative Responsibilities

* Manage appointment reminders, recalls, and patient reactivation efforts

* Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records

* Handle correspondence, records requests, faxes, and supply inventory

* Support daily clinic operations and workflow efficiency

Community Outreach Responsibilities

* Represent Revive at health fairs, corporate wellness events, and lunch-and-learns

* Build relationships with referral partners and community organizations

* Assist with event coordination and follow-up

* Capture content for social media and marketing initiatives

Qualifications

Required

* Minimum 2-5 year of experience in a healthcare, chiropractic, medical office, wellness, or customer service environment

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

* Comfortable discussing finances and payment options with patients

* Reliable attendance and punctuality

* Ability to work independently and take initiative

* Comfortable being on your feet and moving throughout the day

* Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn new software quickly

Preferred

* Chiropractic or medical office experience

* Experience with ChiroTouch or similar EHR software

* Experience with CashPractice or payment processing systems

* Patient education

Physical Requirements

* Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

* Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally

* Ability to transition frequently between front office and treatment areas
