About the Role

This is a part-time role, approximately 20–30 hours per week, for someone who thrives in a people-centered environment and wants to be part of something meaningful.

You will play a key role in both the front office and clinical setting, helping create an exceptional patient experience from the moment someone walks through our doors to the moment they leave feeling hopeful, supported, and cared for.

This is not just an administrative role.

This is a patient-centered position where connection, communication, and attention to detail truly matter.

What You’ll Do

You will be trained in both front office and clinical support.

In the front office, you will be the patient’s first and last point of contact, helping with scheduling, answering phones, assisting with check-in and check-out, and creating an exceptional experience.

In the clinical setting, you will support treatment flow, organization, and patient care.

This is a dual-clinic role:

  • Assist with Boise Better Bladder treatment protocols
  • Support adjunct treatments within Meridian Family Acupuncture, including acupuncture-based and supportive therapies
  • Prepare, clean, and maintain treatment rooms
  • Help maintain smooth and efficient clinic flow
  • Maintain accurate and organized patient records
  • Communicate clearly with patients regarding appointments, care plans, and next steps
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and supply levels throughout the clinic

Patient Experience & Enrollment

This role goes beyond tasks.

You will:

  • Build genuine relationships with patients
  • Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally
  • Help guide patients through personal health decisions
  • Assist in enrolling patients into care programs

You are someone who can both care deeply and lead people forward.

Growth Opportunity

This position is ideal for someone looking to grow into a higher-level clinical and patient leadership role.

Over time, this role may expand into:

  • Patient education and leadership
  • Community outreach and referral relationships
  • Helping grow and shape the future of the practice

We are building something special here, and we are looking for the right person to grow with us.

Skillset

  • Fast learner with strong initiative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High emotional intelligence
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with technology, including EHR systems, scheduling platforms, and Google Drive

Bonus points for:

  • Healthcare experience
  • Sales or patient enrollment experience
  • Social media or creative skills
  • Experience with FSM, or willingness to learn

Work Schedule

  • Part-time: 20–30 hours per week
  • Monday through Friday
  • Friday is required
  • No weekends, unless we are doing something fun and special

Wage

We offer a competitive wage, depending on experience, with room to grow into a meaningful and rewarding career.

Pay: $20–$25 per hour

with opportunities for growth and performance-based incentives.

Let’s Be Clear

This is not a low-responsibility, clock-in/clock-out job.

We are not looking for an average employee.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Thinks ahead
  • Loves people
  • Wants to grow

If that is not you, this probably will not be a fit.
