Patient Care Coordinator / Dental Front Desk

Finksburg Dental Associates is looking for an experienced, friendly, and organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and check in/check out patients
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements
• Verify insurance and submit claims
• Help maintain an efficient daily schedule
• Support front office operations and patient experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Dental front desk experience preferred
• SoftDent experience is a plus
• Friendly, confident communicator with strong customer service skills
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Ability to multitask
• Team player with a positive attitude
