Job Overview
We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator who is an enthusiastic, dedicated, detail-oriented, person with excellent WORK ETHIC Patient Care Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, skills. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, coordinate appointments, and support the administrative functions of our healthcare practice to ensure smooth operations and exceptional patient experiences.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding appointment details, and follow-up instructions.
• Handle patient inquiries professionally, providing clear information about service.

• Qualifications
• Proficient data entry and computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, QuickBooks and Outlook
• Exceptional Interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
