Patient Care Coordinator (Full-Time/Part-Time)
Location: Wilmington, MA

Fitzgerald Physical Therapy Associates is seeking a motivated and friendly Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in our Wilmington clinic! As the face of our clinic, you'll be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience at our front desk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients with scheduling, co-payments, and inquiries in a busy orthopedic office.
• Manage multiple tasks, including phone calls, appointments, and administrative duties.
• Assist with benefits eligibility checks and insurance authorizations
• Collaborate with clinicians and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous front desk experience in a clinical or office setting.
• Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly, outgoing personality with a "can-do" work ethic.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, particularly in managing schedules.
• A passion for patient care and working as part of a team.
• Professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude.

Job Details:

• Hours: Full-time (7a-3p M-F)
• Location: Wilmington, MA
• Pay: $22-$28/hour, based on experience.
• Education: Completed or in pursuit of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
