What You’ll Do

• Welcome patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Answer incoming calls with confidence and care
• Schedule and manage various types of appointments
• Verify insurance eligibility and review hearing aid benefits
• Communicate financial and insurance information clearly and compassionately
• Perform clerical and administrative duties while following established procedures
• Support a positive, team-oriented office environment

What We’re Looking For

• A professional, positive, and friendly demeanor
• Strong customer service skills (medical office experience preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Clear and confident communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly, follow processes, and accept coaching
• Strong time management skills with minimal supervision

Compensation and Benefits:

• Income based on hourly wage and performance-based bonuses
