Patient Care Coordinator – Modern Wellness Clinic

We’re hiring a Patient Care Coordinator for a modern wellness clinic focused on hormone therapy, medical weight loss, and optimal health care. This is not a passive receptionist role. We’re looking for someone sharp, efficient, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment who enjoys working with people and taking ownership of the front office.

You will play a key role in the patient experience- you will be the face of the clinic, answering questions, explaining programs, recommending products, and helping patients move forward with confidence.

What You’ll Do

Run the front desk, manage scheduling and communication, and keep the clinic operating smoothly. Educate patients on services and programs, help them understand options, and confidently guide conversations toward solutions, including memberships and products.

Who This Role Is For

Someone who is smart, organized, and able to stay productive in a busy environment. You communicate clearly, learn quickly, and are comfortable talking with patients about health, wellness, and treatment programs. You take initiative and do not need constant direction.

Experience in medical, fitness, hospitality, retail, or other customer-facing roles is helpful, but not required. Medical assistant experience is a big plus.

Compensation & Growth

Starting pay: $18–$21/hour, depending on experience
